FunCakes Royal Icing - 1 Kg

Add water to this FunCakes mix to make the easiest Royal Icing for icing or decorating your cake. Mix well until you can pull out strands of icing that stand up and curl over at the ends. This mix will harden in air. Royal Icing mixture for a fine piping icing and cookie glaze.

Preparations: add 60 ml of water per 500 grams of sifted mixture for Royal Icing with a stiff consistency. Mix the icing for 7-10 minutes on low speed to a stiff, white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can pull peaks that don’t fall back. (If using a hand-held mixer be careful to ensure that it does not jam!) Add 1 teaspoon of water per 1 cup (approx. 200 g) of icing for medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.

Ingredients: sugar, dried glucose syrup, egg white powder, citric acid E330.
